(TQA®) concentrates on building and verifying quality in the manufacture, design and performance of a product and/or service. Each product and/or service is rigorously tested to predefined criteria established by Thatcham and, where appropriate, it’s partnering organisations. This testing, supported by rigorous examination of quality system and manufacturing process controls, is intended to provide confidence in the product and/or service performance and an objective evaluation of it’s capabilities. All of this is monitored and periodically reviewed throughout the duration of the product certification to ensure that the levels of quality, service and performance are retained. All assured products and/or services are listed within Thatcham’s quality assurance database and can be found using the search functions provided on the right of this screen. Thatcham Quality Assurance does not guarantee insurer recognition as this is negotiated individually by the product and/or service manufacturer and their insurer partners.
